Yes. Android publishing is included from the Growth tier, iOS from Pro. We write the listing, produce the screenshots and handle review responses. The listing lives in your own developer account, so it stays yours.
No. If your team can use WhatsApp, they can run the console. Training is included, in English, Hindi or Bengali, with short videos they can rewatch.
If the app is for your customers to buy from, it is Nova. If it is for your team to run the company — approvals, accounts, tickets, stock, people — it is Crystal. Plenty of businesses eventually run both, and they talk to each other.
Hosting, security patches, backups, OS and store compliance updates, bug fixes and support. The first three months are free, and you can view or cancel the auto‑debit mandate whenever you want.
